Meet Jessica Cantu
Jessica Cantu is an accomplished entrepreneur and commercial real estate professional with a proven track record of building high‑performing teams, scaling businesses, and creating long‑term value across multiple industries. With more than two decades of leadership experience, she brings a strategic, people‑focused approach to asset acquisition, operations, and investor relations.
Jessica began her career in the staffing industry, where she quickly rose from an entry‑level role to become the owner of AmeriTemps, a respected light‑industrial staffing firm serving the Dallas–Fort Worth region. Her leadership has been defined by strong client partnerships, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to empowering individuals through meaningful employment opportunities.
Her entrepreneurial background also includes a celebrated career in the arts. As the founder of Salsa Passion Dance Company, Jessica built one of the largest salsa organizations in Texas, earning statewide recognition for her contributions to dance, culture, and community engagement. This experience strengthened her ability to lead diverse teams, cultivate talent, and inspire collaboration.
Jessica entered real estate investing in 2016 and later founded Texas Prosperity Commercial, where she focuses on acquiring and managing NNN, retail, industrial, flex‑space and RV parks assets throughout Texas and Louisiana. She is known for her disciplined investment approach, strong negotiation skills, and ability to identify opportunities that support stable cash flow and long‑term growth. Her mission is to help families and investors build generational wealth through commercial real estate.
A graduate of Texas State University with a BBA in Business Management and Marketing, Jessica also holds dual associate degrees from Ranger College. She continues to expand her expertise through advanced commercial real estate and private equity training programs.
Jessica resides in Southlake, Texas, where she enjoys being an active dance mom and soccer mom to her two children. She is recognized for her integrity, resilience, and unwavering commitment to helping others succeed—values that continue to guide her work and leadership today.

Our team brings expertise to acquire, reposition and return capital to investors upon reaching our business plan. We personally invest significant capital into each property alongside our investors.
Through our research and strategically formed partnerships, we acquire commercial properties and strategically add value to the properties. As a result, this creates passive income for our investors.
